SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with BULKD Nutrition Inc.

ORDER PROCESSING  
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

PRE-ORDERS  
Some BULKD products may be sold as pre-orders. If you place a pre-order, your order will ship once production is completed and inventory is available. Estimated shipping timelines may be shown on the product page, but these dates are not guaranteed and may change due to manufacturing, supply, or logistics delays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES  
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier and are estimates only.

BULKD is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or events outside our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  
If ordering from outside Canada, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

INCORRECT ADDRESS  
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. BULKD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES  
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at mitchell@bulkd.ca within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.
