Refund policy
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to food safety regulations, opened or used nutrition products cannot be returned.
To start a return, contact us at mitchell@bulkd.ca. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as we will provide the correct return address and instructions.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it will be subject to the standard return policy above.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on:
• Opened or used nutrition products
• Sale items
• Gift cards
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
